- Basic salary is good, but for certain employees they just stick to the minimum allowed by laws - Offices and plants are modern

Cons

- Bonuses are very low, for certain roles. - Local management is too focused to hide local issues and not willing to understand we're an enterprise company - Chaos in management, limited planning

Pros

Have a great benefit package, as well as good structure for vacation time. Opportunity to try out a variety of jobs within the organization, as well as some room to move up in the company.

Cons

Since 2005 they have been bought out several times, and employees hired after 2012 are on a different pay structure and benefit structure then employees hired prior to 2012.
