Trying to get its act together and finally focusing on just a few industries instead of everything under the sun.
Cons
Senior management is completely out of touch. Very much of an aristocratic cum old school industrial attitude towards relating to employees (subjects). Next to no accountability for poor performers - many managers with connections "put out to pasture" in unnecessary roles. This fosters a culture of unaccountability and breeds contempt among talented younger employees.
