      They have a lot of structure, well organized, well prepared, have a lot of trainings, and looks very clean and safe, this factory use to be mess, but, the actual general manager gives to MWV a very proficient foward. And i was witness of that growt...

      Cons

      The managers lost their passion, they usually give orders on the desk but they rarelly go outside their offices, they looks that they are ok with the actual results, no coaching (motivation)to the lower hierarchical levels, as I see there is a lot of waist called talent in this factory. I think Its time to take advance of that and use the skills of their people. The other thing is that is very dificult to access to a another level in the company. Is why I left the company.
