Pros

Decent pay good benefits

Cons

Never get a raise never move up always demanding you to work faster, safer, and more yet they don't even give cost of living increase been there more than 10 years haven't had a raise in more than 3 haven't gotten to move up in 7 to 8 years its a dead end job going no where. Not allowed to even go out to your car during breaks or work have to stay inside the building at all times. Feels more like jail I HATE working here

Pros

-2.5% salary increase regardless of performance :) -work hours are flexible, it doesn't matter if you work 4 hours a day or 10 hours a day.

Cons

-corporate politics is strong here. you could work for 8-10 hours a day and still not get recognition and/or promotion. they promote someone who read novels and walk around all day, as long as he/she knows someone high up. -too many empty titles given to people, almost everybody is a "manager" -no clear career path. -the company hates millennials. keep mentioning millennials are lazy and giving training on how to work with millennials. i wonder who wrote the materials? :)

Pros

Have nothing good to say at this point.

Cons

Poor and untrustworthy leadership. Employees have been lied to so many times. I understand that there might be things that the leadership aren't allowed to tell the public at certain time for business strategy purposes, but at the same time assuring the employees one thing then doing the opposite definitely does not boost moral nor trust in the company. Compensation is considered ok comparing to other companies in the same region. However, the worst part is limited to no opportunities for career advancement unless you are in marketing or sales. Been in the same position since joined the company, while colleagues in marketing gets promoted every year or two. Compensation also seem to be more generous towards the business side rather than the operation sides. The company spends too much time worrying about core values and culture while not actually attending to employee's moral and happiness at work. Senior management seem to lack clear direction and does not instill trust, motivation, nor inspiration. That's why young professionals are leaving by the mass, even veterans of 10-15 years are sending out resumes and looking for better opportunities where they feel they are needed and can contribute.
