Pros

None. They lie right off the bat.. your per diem is 10c a mile but it's miles that you're driving.. they found a way not to pay you the federal limit per diem. Which is 59.00 to 74.00 a day..so if they hire you at 61c a mile your only getting 51 the other 10c is your per diem 😆 🤣

Cons

See statement above thank you

Pros

Relatively consistent routes after a few months, left alone usually, I didn’t travel west at all in 9 months, ok pay, become a trainer and make double your pay within 6 months

Cons

Loads/pay is Inconistent especially the first few months, training is fast and you spend 2 weeks in a truck with someone that could be filthy, support takes their time reaching back out to you some times, terminal lounge/restrooms are usually dirty but the workers live like royalty across the parking lot
