Pros

if I had to say one good thing it would be that there are a lot of good people driving for them

Cons

Don't care about their drivers ..they lie about everything ..take your money at any turn...give you poor trucks ...cheap in every way ... spend more time in hotels and terminals then on the road .... dm's only care about getting their money...screw the driver. No chain of command for issues only give you the run around ...no one seems to know anything at all except how to beat you out of money you are owed ....

Pros

There is no good reasons to work for western express

Cons

They rip you off on your paychecks.. I drove 3300 miles and my check was $500. Worse place to work. The driver managers don't care about your safety all they worry about is getting the load there whether its safe or not to be driving.
