      Snap binders makes the jobs of flatbed suck...they need something else because u can't tell me everyone is that strong as an equal opportunity employer. That's like some ex WCW type of job

      Lack of communication, lack of common sense, Dispatchers know nothing about trucking, will be given wrong information.

      the atmosphere is competitive and if you are consistent you will earn much more than many coworkers. the management is very good as well

      Cons

      the work is tedious and can be monotonous. sometimes you can feel a little micromanaged durring the slower seasons when management squeezes you for margins in you deals.
