      They pay money for your work

      Cons

      The money they pay is embarrassingly low for what they will put you through to earn it. Every one in management (from Cool Guy Paul down to the sad little career managers of each department) is an absolute corporate villain. The company is trashed and Paul would rather showboat like a big Nashville CEO with his friends than pay or award his hard working employees. I went 3 years with one 50 cent raise and then they took it away from me after refusing to work Sundays. Don't waste your time.

      So far the on on boarding process seems more streamlined than others.

      Cons

      Not a ton of emphasis placed on checking newer drivers knowledge. Keep in mind I only have 1 comparison also I'm only doing this review so I can read other drivers thoughts on Westerns lease opportunities. Glassdoor made me write something inorder just to keep reading. I really don't know enough to be fair be it positive or negative.
