you can get the miles, get preplan loads before u get unload at your next stop.

it is hard to get ahold of breakdown when you have a problem

No pros, honestly. They are a carefree company when it comes to drivers

Cons

Bad communication, dispatcher weekly competition, ignores drivers request and situations, no miles for solo drivers, recruiter lies to get you to orientation, pays drivers equivalent to mcDonalds workers, lack of competent and caring management from dispatch, night dispatch to shop breakdown .
