Pros

They had decent pay compared to other places in the area, along with decent raises

Cons

Always understaffed, and they expect too much of the little staff that shows up.

Business Outlook

Pros

Great environment, friendly employees, competent executives, extraordinary mission

Cons

The salary was a little bit low, but I think that is a regional thing, not an organizational thing. I have zero complaints about the organization.
