Pros

Great environment, friendly employees, competent executives, extraordinary mission

Cons

The salary was a little bit low, but I think that is a regional thing, not an organizational thing. I have zero complaints about the organization.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great scheduling staff. Lots of job opportunities for nursing. Good pay for a CNA.

Cons

No guarantee of hours, even if you are full time. Spend all your free time attached to your phone hoping to pick up available hours. CNA's are invisible within the organization. Executive leadership will barely acknowledge you when you walk by them.
