Pros

Gets you professional experience, and some hours. You can say you have a job and income

Cons

Not much room for growth, not much room for bonuses or benefits, just a very basic job

Pros

The people were amazing especially the residents. The work was decent for a high schooler getting started in the work field. Has good structure and environment. Professional and up to code on food regulations.

Cons

There wasn’t any paid time off and if you were sick more than 3 times in a year even with a doctors note you were fired with nearly no exceptions
