Great Residents and Opportunity to Serve. Great people all around. Get to know your team and make them your family.

Cons

It is a challenging organization that doesn't make changes until they are desperate even if they see problems coming for months in advance. The main office personnel can be very difficult to work with.

- Insurance starting 60 days after employment (typical and the norm but my previous employment started day 1)
