Thank you for the time you took to leave your feedback. Western National is pleased to know our Wellbeing program is an offering our employees find beneficial. The way we work has changed due in large part to COVID-19. This health crisis has caused us to rethink how work gets done. We offer hybrid and fully remote workweeks to many of our non-client facing employees, as approved by a manager. We do understand many of our employees may require flexibility from the traditional office-centric culture. We’re actively seeking work equilibrium that supports our employees and the organization. We’re interested in having conversations to gain input from our employees on how we can approach hybrid and remote work.
