The way we work has changed due in large part to COVID-19. This health crisis has caused us to rethink how work gets done. We offer hybrid and fully remote workweeks to many of our non-client facing employees, as approved by a manager. We do understand many of our employees may require flexibility from the traditional office-centric culture. We’re actively seeking work equilibrium that supports our employees and the organization.
