Pros

Just a great place to come to work, and stay for a career. Big enough company to allow growth of career, small enough that you can make a difference. I love the personal touch from executive suite on down, CEO is on a first name basis with everyone

Cons

Tough to come up with cons. I guess a work out facility or at least a good locker room shower facility would be nice. Maybe a better cafeteria.

Pros

Getting paid certifications are very nice; learning about the industry and moving up is encouraged from day one. I genuinely like my supervisors and they are always open to questions. The health plan is good, better than many friends that have been at companies for much longer. Yearly profit sharing for all employees.

Cons

Not a lot of young people work here, but its nothing out of the ordinary for this industry.

Pros

They have been quite successful for the past several years after a period of financial instability. On very solid ground now. Profitability very good.

Cons

They have a taste for acquiring other companies. Not necessarily a bad thing if done correctly but it can lead to a lot of change. Change can be really good or really bad. If you don't like change this isn't the place for you.
