Pros

Very many pros; especially compared to other places. The managers here actually care about their workers & makes sure employees are being shown appreciation. The benefits are pretty great & very fair. The company shows appreciation for workers as well by offering monthly conert tickets or other cool main events oppurtunities. There is many opportunties for employees to further grow in this company & gives very helpful tools to do so.

Cons

Communication bewteen different departments (that's usually managable) is the only thing I can think of but isn't a major issue.

Pros

If you're looking for a Company that treats you like family, this is it. The endless amounts of Perks Western Paper offers is amazing. They understand personal lives and issues and strive in anyway possible. The places you can go and grow is WPD is a huge benefit as well.

Cons

Starting pay can seem a little low, but it increases repidly.

As you mentioned, there are a number of “intangible” perks of working for us including growth and development opportunities, work/life balance, a relaxed dress code, and managers who care and invest in their team members.
