None. Management is lazy, they leave whenever they want to and put the work on everyone else. Pay is trash, benefits are trash, and pretty much every higher up there is a waste of space.

Cons

Sexist, discrimination, favoritism, and just plain lazy.

Pay isn't fair for departments promotions are not based off what you do but who you know Health insurance leaves a lot to be desired- majority of medications for my family are not covered.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the people you worked with and the retirement benefits. It is our goal to have competitive wages. We conduct annual compensation analysis to review wages and market values for each position. We also regularly review benefits and work to enhance them. Based on our recent employee benefits survey, we enhanced benefits in several areas and in most categories, our benefits are better than industry averages. In terms of promotions, they are based off of performance, performance reviews, and other factors with levels of approval to ensure the fairest system possible.
