      Pros

      After working many years in the retail industry, this job with Westover Companies was the perfect career change that I was looking for. My first eight months have been fantastic. For a guy who worked nights and weekends, it is a dream to work 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and one Saturday every three weeks. I was placed close to home, so that my commute is 5 minutes if there's even any traffic. I have learned a tremendous amount about the leasing business in a very short time. The people in my office are awesome and always very supportive and helpful. I have found this to be true of everyone at Westover so far! The benefits are also awesome and FREE.

      Cons

      Honestly, I wish I could think of one, but I can't. I was offered a decent salary and I was also promoted within my first eight months, which didn't happen in eight years with my last employer.

      Pros

      The office environment is relatively friendly and relaxed. There is some flexibility in the scheduling which is great with balancing family life while still being able to get your priorities done at work. They offer decent benefits with a medical plan that is no cost for employees and a 401k match.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons to working for this company. With any job there are going to be things that are frustrating but there is nothing that stands out that I haven't had to deal with at other companies.
