There is nothing good about this company except the business casual dress cod.

Cons

No benefits for part timers, no matter how long you've been there. No chance to advance. Pay is horrible. Raises are a joke. There's just nothing good about this company.

Cons

Disrespectful, discriminatory, completely lacks any integrity whatsoever in property management field. Does not abide by safety standards, or fair housing standards. If you are a person with any kind of integrity or professionalism this is not a company you should pursue.
