The training program was decent in the beginning. The events the company attends and hosts are good.

Cons

At events, this company is very much a drinking one. They love their alcohol. The owner went on stage holding two beers to talk in front of about 500 people. Luckily the CFO grabbed the beers from him. This company preaches family values, but when it's time to prove that they are a family values company, they fail. Minimal likely hood of advancement. Disorganized. The company reviews on here are mostly fake. They tell their employees to submit good review for them to boost their image. That is entirely what they are about is image. They do not actually care about their employees. They are primary concerned with the bottom line.
