Cons

The schedule is not great for most. Not M-F when working in the field. Weekends are required regardless of your field position unless somehow negotiating a different schedule.

Nice Apartment, with bills paid.Good hours.They are open to hiring all walks of life.

Cons

I have never seen such pitiful management. They have a short self storage resume and think they are know how to lead.50 % of time spent is wasted on back stabbing gossup .Management would not cut it in a fast paced decision making process.
