      Pros

      Plenty of learning experiences. OT was available. once completed with main tasks, you have projects you can work on to develop more skills.

      Cons

      Not too many downsides considering it was remote, so id say the only downside it clocking in and out and exact times.

      Great team and district managers that communicate via Teams for any questions. Work-life balance. Good training. Great for independent workers. Opportunities for promotion if you are willing to move.

      Cons

      Pay is not super competitive.
