Interesting work, great people and good work life balance. Good compensation, especially bonuses!!! Good benefits package, including pension, 6% 401k match, medial low and high deductible choices.
Cons
Merged with Weyerhaeuser. Bonuses cut in half, no pension, 3% match, only high deductible medical.
