Pros

Great pay, hours, and time off. Everyone is willing to help out with tasks and teach you new things. 401k is 50 cents to every dollar up to 6%. 2 weeks paid vacation for the first 2 years then goes up every few after that. Cant speak much for the other benefits as I do not use them. I get a lot of good experience here as far as maintenance goes.

Cons

Safety is beaten into your head big time. Its an over kill some days. I get that safety is something to take seriously and a lot of folks do, but they do not have to go to the extreme like they do. I guess that's why they are one of the safest companies to work for. Also, cant borrow against your 401k with the company matching. Also, I hired in as an electrician and hardly touch wires. Its mostly millwright work, like a 90/10 percent. the vision is to make everyone a multicraft.

They only care about doing more work with less people.

Pros

Some of the people were ok to work with.

Cons

Most of the people that work there. Micromanagement at its absolute worst. The new regime only cares about the bottom line and how much work they can squeeze out of everyone. Most of the time, upper management can't make a decision, therefore, we spin our wheels. New employees trying to impress with 'their' way to do things, then look stupid for changing something that has been working for years.
