Pros

$15 starting pay through a temp agency. Plenty of over time in spring, summer, and fall which means good weekly paychecks through the temp agency.

Cons

Hard physical labor. Long hours even when you're tired. It is Exhausting work. Lead team does not really care about you or any other non management personnel.

Pros

It was a great experience working with project managers and learning a heavy industry. People were great and everyone was cheerful and ready to help you at a given notice. 4 day work week was awesome.

Cons

There really weren't any cons. Sometimes there wasn't enough work but then you could just research and surf the web.
