Looks good on your resume. You can go from a project office to the headquarters in Federal Way. Some people are given flexible schedules.

Cons

One person is let go every month. They don't do much training and if they do it's only something where someone who has managed to stay for a length of time will show you some aspect of their job. Some people are given flexible schedules but not everyone.
