      Pros

      Good opportunities for entry level positions. Employees are usually very loyal and fun to work with. Good benefits and fair vacation time.

      Cons

      IT isn't utilized effectively. Communication among different areas of the company is not the best. Technology isn't utilized as good as it could be.

      Great environment, nice office with 30 year old water fountains. Benefits are still decent (while having it). company matching our 401k

      Cons

      constantly making empty promises. extremely unfair to minorities. full of office politics. lack of communication and commitment. extremely poor morale in every division
