union workers are not treated well. company pays lower than others around them. benefits have fallen off as well. they fire senior employees to make an example for new cheaper employees.

Benefits and compensation are strong. Work life balance is generally good but varies greatly by team. Lots of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Much of Sr Leadership consists of those who 1) are technical experts and 2) manage "up" very well. Ability to lead your own direct reports well is not highly valued despite any words that exist on vision statements or posters in conference rooms
