      Pros

      Get to work with great people, Great pay and Benefits, Frequent exposure of customer stories reminds us who we are working for and the good we are doing for them. Very inspiring to be enabling small business owners to make their dreams come true. The massive focus on value driven work is a huge selling point for me, I feel like my values are aligned with the stated values of the company and we are all expected to strive for them.

      Cons

      Can be exhausting at times since the work is never done. Not having dedicated QA can be draining since engineers need to mitigate and manage every step of bug reporting including routing or attempting to duplicate issues.

      - Passionate company and team, working with power users of app so feedback loop is strong, users tell us what they want to build on buyers/sellers (compared to big tech where feedback loop is harder) - great remote working policy with tech hubs in NY, SF, LA - optional to come in, offices are additional asset to utilize, on top of regular offsites and in-person working sessions

      Not company for everyone, for folks looking to put in their hours but for faster career growth and (hopeful) bigger payout

      A very friendly and close-knit company culture with lots of driven employees all working towards a goal of providing their users with the best experience possible!

      Start-up culture means frequent changes and pivoting to meet the goals and expectations of such a fast-growing business!
