I love the culture and people at Whatnot. People stick to the values and the team continue to deliver a product I believe in! There isn't a ton of ego here and values teamwork more than other places I've worked. This is a place I can see myself working for a long time!

Cons

Fast-paced sometimes results in lapse in communications but there have been new tools and practices recently to help with that.

Whatnot is an incredible place to work. The company is full of hard working people collaborating on building a generational company. The culture is captivating, the pay and benefits are exceptional, and career growth opportunities are large.

Cons

Work life balance is difficult. The job is demanding and the product is fun, which can make turning off from work more difficult than other companies.
