Pros

- The people are awesome. I genuinely enjoy and have so much fun with the people I work with. Makes working remotely a lot easier, although you do have office options if you live in a hub! - Leadership tries to be as transparent as possible, which is refreshing coming from another big tech company. - Little corporate BS, and company values high execution and getting rid of all of the fluff as much as possible - So many opportunities to learn new things and stretch your skillset. Critical for folks that are still early in their careers! - Benefits are so amazing. Hard to compare to other companies.

Cons

- Classic startup cons, but work life balance can definitely struggle at times. I think we're pretty transparent about that though during interviews so folks know what they're signing up for! - Diversity at senior leadership could be way better, specifically for women and POCs. - Not a super clear career growth path, but there are always opportunities to learn new things and get involved in new projects.

Pros

All the pros you see online.

Cons

Unfortunately, Whatnot posts ghost jobs on various job board websites. This is done to give the illusion of company growth. However, it is unethical as it gives job seekers false hope. I hope the company does not continue to do this as states are starting to pass legislation that makes this illegal.
