      Pros

      Remote first company done right! Even while being thousands of miles away from headquarters, Whatnot's culture and processes make it truly feel like you are right there with the rest of the team, regardless of physical location. It's great to be employed by a company that values the person and their work ethic, while not requiring you to upheave your personal life just to be close to HQ. Company culture is amazing! It truly feels like we are part of something groundbreaking and revolutionary. My thoughts feel hard and my work feels impactful.

      Cons

      Work life balance is always going to be a challenge in high growth startups but thankfully this con is outweighed by the fact that I actually enjoy the work I do.

      Pros

      I've been at Whatnot for a little over a year and its the most challenging yet also the most rewarding job I've ever had. I love that in my role I am seen as a trusted partner and I am able to take on projects that have an immediate impact on the business.

      Cons

      Like any other startup, things move very fast here. Not always a lot of structure/process and sometimes the days can feel and be pretty long. However, I will say the people + culture + benefits/compensation make it totally worth it.

      Pros

      Working at Whatnot has easily been one of the better, if not best, job experiences I've had. They place an emphasis on the community they're building and you can see this through the hiring process, core principles and the overall job benefits.

      Cons

      The only downside with working at Whatnot has been the standard working from home cons, not being in an office where you can socialize with your co-workers. I will say, Whatnot does an amazing job at amending this by having flag ships in large cities and conducting company offsites for team building.
