      The atmosphere of helping us learn has been incredible. I never feel misunderstood on work as there is always someone to help clear it up.

      Cons

      Remote work is lonely and it doesn't seem that my team 'chats' with each other. I'm finding it a bit hard to make friendly conversation in a group setting.
