      The company is very passionate about the platform they have created and ensuring a greater user experience, both buying and selling. Management is constantly working to build a strong company culture that takes care of its employees and provides a great working experience. Lots of opportunities to grow and take on new work.

      Cons

      With growth comes figuring out new things that don't currently exist.

      Super exciting product poised for long term success. Top notch employees and talent. Unbelievable comp package. Remote-first workplace. Healthy and vibrant culture.

      Not necessarily cons but you should know: You need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. If you're looking for a fancy title, this isn't for you. Make sure to leave your ego at the door.

      First, the people. I am surrounded by some of the smartest, most dedicated, and innovative individuals. It's both inspiring and humbling to be part of a team that continually pushes the boundaries of what's possible. Second, transparency. Our leadership team takes the time to communicate openly about the company's goals, challenges, and strategies. Third, our CEO and Co-Founder. Their vision, passion, and dedication to our company are truly remarkable. Which then trickles to the entire company being passionate about Whatnot's success. Lastly the benefits are incredible and speak for themselves!
