      Amazing culture built on a people first approach. Unlimited PTO and amazing benefits are the headlines but a culture that fosters professional growth within each individual is the biggest pro.

      Fast paced business with growing pains similar to a typical star up.

      Pros

      No two days are alike at Whatnot, but every day I work with a world-class team delivering value to our customers daily. The work is nuanced and interesting - I rarely get bored here. I deliver meaningful work and it's used by thousands of people daily. People are what makes Whatnot - everyone here is super skilled, friendly and focused on a common goal. It's a great pleasure to work with a sense of community. I feel rewarded for working here - generous benefits and PTO, training budget & frequent company offsites.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say it's a con per se, but this is a fast paced environment, where you're expected to deliver often. You might struggle if you are a perfectionist or don't like that kind of environment.
