      Pros

      High pay, good benefits, no phones

      Cons

      Management constantly increasing metrics but not providing better systems to speed up what is in place. Management has less experience than many of the lower level employees, they only started sooner. The company began as a team over ego mindset which was great for culture but quickly turned into your typical corporate type where they do not care about anyone.

      Brilliance, transparency, world-class benefits that include funds to spend on the app. Paid medical, dental, and vision. Travel. Benefits expenses budgeted.

      Move uncomfortably fast, as a start-up lots of hours and checking in, reporting.

      Pros

      High growth company with a positive and uplifting culture. The people are extremely smart and driven, but still kind and helpful. The work I do is impactful to my team and the overall company, which makes work really enjoyable. Benefits and salary are very competitive!

      Cons

      Because the company grows so fast (both in terms of people and business), it can be difficult to keep up with all the new things going on. Overall, the company does a great job of communicating changes, but sometimes it feels like certain departments are late to be notified (I do feel like this is improving each month I'm here though)
