Pros

Truly the best job I've ever had and here's why: - Autonomy in work - Ideas are valued - No ego workplace - Transparent leadership - Flexible work from anywhere environment - Heavy investment in employee happiness (perks, offsites, unlimited PTO)

Cons

Company is growing rapidly, at times it can feel that we don't have enough resources. It's a heavy figure-it-out culture, if you're not good with figuring things out on your own then this culture might not be right for you.

Pros

-Culture is amazing -Benefits like i've never had before -Pay and comp is always in the 90th percentile -Smartest people I've ever worked with while also somehow being extremely low ego Would recommend Whatnot to anyone and everyone.

Cons

Pretty long interview process (but thats how we keep the culture so strong here) Have to be adaptable and ok with change, stuff happens FAST here Very much a startup, expect to work harder here than most places

Pros

- Pay is near top of market and benefits are definitely top of market - leadership is very rigorous in hiring process and then compensate people very well - Strong product has led to a lot of growth since whatnot launched, which provides lots of opportunity for people to step up and lead high impact initiatives - Company culture (hard working, but fun and low ego) is very strong, especially for a company that is primarily remote outside of LA, SF, and NY offices. - Excellent work is recognized and rewarded appropriately

Cons

- As with any company that has grown rapidly for 3+ years, some growing pains as we figure out how to operate effectively as a much larger company
