- committed, intelligent, hard-working and passionate ppl - structurally, financially, and operationally we are very mature for a small startup - no red tape or micro management - leadership: decisive, executional, thoughtful, responsible

Cons

- work life balance (only sometimes, it ebbs and flows) but no different than any other young startup

Work hard, great engineering culture. Incredibly smart and competent people, but friendly and non-intimidating. Quarterly team offsites and biannual company offsites balance the loneliness of remote work

Cons

Remote-first can feel a bit lonely at times, nobody really goes to the offices in NYC, LA, SF
