Great momentum!

Pros

- Strong leadership team with people Uber, Lyft, Bird etc. - Great momentum for the company (June 2021), growing every week! - Frequently see people promoted from within, for example from warehouse/field lead to ops mgr - Strong compensation for such an early company

Cons

- Pushing long hours (but it is fun!)

Pros

New CEO since late March and the exit of some early stage leaders has meant renewed energy, transparency, and focus on employees. Communication is improving throughout the organization. Temporary field workers were made full employees with stock options and most field workers in several markets are now full time and fully benefited. Lots of promotion from within and opportunities on at all levels of the company.

Cons

No getting around that things are moving quickly and are fast paced. This is a start up and expectations are high.
