Pros

No pros, everything said in other reviews here are accurate. Discrimination, retaliation for reporting among the issues at Wheels.

Cons

You will be lied to, you will be the subject of gossip, you will be used, there will be double standards, age discrimination, racism, cronyism classism and more. The "upper" management seem like they are all high and I'm pretty sure they are.

Pros

The pay is better than average but you have to pass probation to get 18 per hour. Work is not too difficult, and managers are very accommodating.

Cons

Have to drive around LA in a van, working night shifts could be dangerous. Does get tiring after awhile since you are handling 60lb bikes constantly.

- Culture is such that no one I've worked with is arrogant, which is refreshing and something that's pretty rare for a company of this size

Cons

- Could probably do a better job of making corporate employees feel valued - Need to prioritize hiring so that everyone isn't stretched as far
