Pros

Great place to learn about the aviation industry. Lots of passionate people that love to help you grow.

Cons

Most ops staff are underpaid and burnt out. Layoffs happen consistently and there is no job security. Schedulers get paid more even though there is no education requirement. Management does not care about employees in the ops department.

Horrible Company Culture

Pros

Abundance of remote work opportunities

Cons

Ineffective leadership at the ULT level (especially the CMO/CPO), characterized by poor communication, limited understanding of employee needs, and a pure disconnect from both the customer base and an understanding of private aviation.
