Max duty day and min rest if your airplane isn't broken. Tons of maintenance problems and you will consistently be picking up passengers that are already pissed off from their flight being moved to a day later than it was scheduled, and then your airplane will break and they will be yelling at you. The company doesn't make money. They are all talk and nothing ever changes. They can't figure out how to stock the right size soda cans for the planes, so don't expect them to ever be able to get this company profitable.

Extremely top management heavy- the worst I've ever seen in any company. Every other week, a new VP with a ridiculous title is being hired. Pay is below average, especially for the workload and what is expected. Benefits are average at best. The workload is too much for the employees running the front line.
