Pros

The best things you will get from this company is the amazing coworkers and the ability to use your position as a stepping stone to success with other companies

Cons

I worked for wheels up prior to the opening of the Operation Center in Atlanta and even before all the merger with Delta private jets. This company is not what it used to be. Management used to care about its employees and would do anything necessary to help them out as long as the work didn't suffer. Once Delta stepped in, it became a toxic corporate machine. I highly recommend that if you have any medical issues, then stay far away from this place because they will do everything they can to not help accommodate. And beware if they do give you an accommodation, they will find any way they can to get rid of you. Save yourself some mental torture and work for a different private jet company
