Everyone I've worked with is great. The work is enjoyable.

Cons

Upper leadership has just been terrible. The business has been completely mismanaged and now it's unlikely the company will survive.

A few bonuses. A little bit of overtime. Exercize. PTO

I had one manager here who was kind. besides that, they all were jerks. They 'terminated' (fired) me when I got into two (very minor) accidents in the span of a week. Then they decided their sending the wrong forms to me was my fault and wanted more information from me after they 'terminated' me. jerks the lot of 'em. Work for somebody worthwhile, but not Wheels UP!

Decent pay, great benefits, Co-workers are great

Cons

The company is sinking after poor financial and operating decisions. They fly old aircraft that are in poor shape and you can't get parts for them, but it's the techs that are holding their operation back according to leadership.
