The culture is amazing. The leaders are transparent. I feel secure in my skills and what I need to do to thrive at this company. I feel like my work is truly valued and I have room for growth. Work life balance is great.

Cons

I'd like to travel more. I work fully remote but team bonding or visiting the MOC where my new hires are would be nice!
