Pros

Decent stepping stone job for those wanting to fly for a living.

Cons

Management is VERY bias. If you're their friend, they will go the extra mile to help you. If you don't kiss *ss with some check airmen, they will stab you in the back (King Air fleet).

Pros

Most of my flight experiences with captains and fellow crew members are overwhelmingly positive. Passengers have all been amazing and some even tip the pilots. KCM is issued through the company which makes commuting easier and all commuting is positive space. Home based as well which is awesome because you can live ANYWHERE so long as you can make it to an airport with commercial service.

Cons

They don’t care about the flight crews all. First day of tour they airline you out super early and make you fly 4 legs one your last day of tour before sending you home making you not get home till super super late at the end of your tour. All the jets are older and break down CONSTANTLY for stupid stuff like blown lightbulbs on annunciator panels. Absolute worst pay and benefits in the industry. If you have a problem on tour you can never get a hold of anyone at the MOC (Flight control, logistics, etc.). No one will answer you. They don’t even pay for your parking OR your Uber to the airport from your home on day one so for 8 or 15 days you’re paying for parking! They always book you in the cheapest hotels like home2 or Hampton Inn and took away the ability for us to book our own rooms. Took away our uniforms with epaulettes and wings and put us in terrible blue uniforms and the most uncomfortable pants. They don’t ever listen to the flight crews even though we are the ones sacrificing our time away from family and homes to make the company profitable. Don’t work here.
