      WAS a great company with serious potential...struggling to stay afloat and managing the associated panic poorly.

      Superior training. Great cohort of colleagues.

      Cons

      Little postive feedback. You don't hear from leadership except when they believe you erred. They say "Just Culture" but everything you do, including the timing and amount of aircraft writeups, is tracked and assessed. They give you no idea as to what their KPIs are for your work evaluation. You only find out when you've exceeded them. They are looking to reduce the crew force and use ANY legal opportunity to cull from the ranks. Seems their current goal is to avoid invoking WARN Act notifications.
