      Pros

      - Great managers who helped with your career -Coworkers were very communicative -Easy place to integrate as part of a team

      Cons

      -A lot of overtime hours(Not paid overtime) -Upper management needs to learn more -Not a lot of team building for overall company.

      Highest pay in the game Very flexible Awesome Employees Onboarding was thorough If they give you stock as part of comp, it can only go up at this point :P

      Cons

      -Most of the company is managed by Excel Spreadsheet (chaotic, but they don't deny it) -C-Level Talent Acquisition Mgt is hyper-insecure and generally lacking focus. -Witnessed them attempt to publicly undermine someone in meetings they obviously wanted to push out -They're discharging valuable employees trying to become profitable(doesn't appear to be working) -Just adopted some woke hiring policies
