      Great people and lots of opportunity with a business that is in its early innings. Lots of potential over next 3-5 years. Winning brand.

      Hyper growth can be messy at times. Need to be able to work in an environment that is scaling and building process at a rapid pace. Can be challenging at times.

      IT'S A JOB THAT PAYS THE BILLS.

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs and no one caring about the grunts. Upper Management is disconnected from the operation. Too many people are leaving because they are burned out. Any suggestions are filed in the garbage and disregarded. It's a revolving door because that's how Management wants it. 12hr shifts are very difficult to get through.
