Pros

You will work with great people, but they're all barely holding on as input from management is constantly shifting and everyone is overloaded

Cons

Goals are constantly shifting Documentation is inaccurate (when you can find it) No backup from supervisors Mean spirited mid-level people. I had a higher up laugh in my face at reasonable requests, my manager snapped his fingers at me to get me to do something faster as one point You can't get a concrete answer on anything. This wouldn't be an issue if there was any documentation, but you need to go to the source to get answers, but everyone will give you a different answer. Lots of last minute 'we need this done ASAP' fixes with little to no detail provided Deploys are done at 9pm...

Pros

Daily free juice, I guess?

Cons

Disorganized, unfocused, and reactionary working environment. Below market pay and benefits. Depressing office space. Limited time off.

Pros

If you have the proper connects, you get all the perks. No one is tracking when you arrive or leave.

Cons

Honestly, there’s barely any money being made and more money being spent. “Friends” get to live off the company budget. People are constantly living off the work of others. Too many affairs going on, distracts from company morale. Benefits are awful. No actual policy for reporting issues. No 401k match. Employees pay for the benefits to save the company money. Exit interviews are a joke. Your HR paperwork and emails will going missing or unanswered.
